Latest revision 24 April 1997 TJD 10559 = April 21, 1997 TTE, TTS, MER data, Trigger Number 6200 The data in the TTE, TTS, and MER files for trigger number 6200 at TJD/SoD = 10559/74763.0175 seem to be corrupted. The reason is not understood. The count rates in the MER data seem to be valid (consistent with previous background, but missing the trigger emission, probably an SGR which is over before the load time) for the first second; then they contain the MER data for the preceding event, trigger number 6199, a particle event. It is possible that the data in the TTS file are also for the earlier event. The TTE data seem to drop a detector. The trigger detectors (DSELB) were 4 and 5. The first board of TTE (pre-load time) has all detectors as it should. The first two packets and part of the third packet of the second TTE board (post-load time) have detectors 4 and 5 as they should. However, part of the way through the third packet and for the remainder of the TTE file, only detector 4 appears. However, because the event is really over before the load time, the TTE data of interest (first board) are valid.
