TJD 10092-10093 = January 10-11, 1996

During flight software revisions, the TTE boards were not restarted
after a short readout, beginning 
at  TJD/sec = 10092/63530
(which was during the readout of trigger no. 4293, which was a long
readout).

The problem was fixed at  TJD/sec = 10093/78566
(which was during the readout of trigger no. 4317).

During this interval, triggers 4293, 4300, 4312 had long readouts.

Therefore, triggers no. 4295 - 4300, 4302 - 4312, and 4314 - 4317
have bad TTE data.
