    Bad DSELB in TTE and STTE data, Trigger Number 6956

The DSELB value (triggered detectors) in the auxiliary data in the 
TTE and STTE files for trigger number 6956 at
  start time = SCTIME(3,2,1) = (561E,A56A,D45B)
             = TJD/SoD = 11023/42346.8494
   load time = SCTIME(3,2,1) = (561E,A56A,DA43)
             = TJD/SoD = 11023/42346.8730
is different from the value in the other burst-type files which seem
to have the correct value.  The reason is not understood.
The readout was a short readout with TTE following STTE as the last
two burst-type files in the short readout.

The incorrect DSELB value in the TTE and STTE files for trigger 
number 6956 is "-----2-0" = "00000101" which becomes the hex value 5.
The correct DSELB value in the other files for trigger number 6956
is "7-5-----" = "10100000" which becomes the hex value A0.

The DSELH1,2,3,4 values in all files are  7,5,6,4.

The actual detectors shown in the TTE and STTE files for after the 
load time are detectors 7 and 5.
